Locks & Security
We provide 3 types of locks for extra security:
Battery lock – helps secure the battery in place
Tyre lock – locks the wheel to prevent roll-away theft
Alarm lock – triggers an alarm if someone tampers with the bike
Always lock the bike even for short stops. Use the locks as instructed and park in well-lit, busy areas when possible.

Yes, we deliver to your home (and can arrange pickup depending on your plan).
Yes—home delivery is included if you live within 25 km of our service area.
We can still deliver in many cases. Delivery may have an extra fee—message us with your suburb/postcode and we’ll confirm.
Battery & Charging
Range depends on rider weight, terrain, speed, and assist level. Most riders get strong daily performance for commuting or deliveries.
Typically a few hours. We recommend charging overnight or between shifts.
Yes—routine maintenance is included during your rental.
Yes. If you have any issue (battery, brakes, tyres, etc.), contact us and we’ll guide you or arrange service.
Our bikes use tubeless tyres to reduce punctures, but if it happens, contact us—support is included
